Days 26 & 27 of 28 of Full Detox Programme

Blood, Lungs & Skin cleansing: Days 5 & 6 of 7
Now, when I'm almost done with the Ultimate Detox, I feel strange. Maybe because I haven't felt it as a Detox procedure. I don't eat meat so it's not been a problem to avoid it, and I eat a lot of fruit & vegetables so it's not been a change having those on my menu. The other thing is that there haven't been any specific symptoms that I've been cleansing my systems: no headache, no fatigue, nothing...
According to the book, that's exactly how it should be. According to my gut feeling, if there is something going on in my body I am supposed to feel it...
Anyway, at least I've changed a few bad habits and for the last four months I've been living a way more healthy.
As for the days 5 & 6 of the blood, lungs & skin cleansing, I continued taking all the vitamins and drinking the herbal teas. Also walked for at least 4 km a day and on day 5 went to my fitness & spa centre and played one hour aqua-aerobics, followed by steam bath and sauna (not only because I like those but to also to cleanse the chlorine from the pool-water).
I cooked a very nice Indian dish, with chickpea, lentil, peas, pepper, ginger, seasoning. Turned out to be very tasty (and healthy ;))







And now it's time to get some rest, so goodnite with the captivating voice of Melody Gardot ;)
