Days 1, 2, 3 & 4 of 28 of Full Detox Programme: Resume

Kidneys and urinary tract & Intestinal tract cleansing: Days 1, 2, 3, 4 from 7
So far it's been going OK.
I start each day with a cup of organic coffee. Although not on the author's list and even announced by her as one of the main toxin-suppliers, when organic, coffee's got a huge power to detoxify through its diuretic & laxative abilities. Coffee is also strong antioxidant, protects liver, decreases risk of gout in men over 40, reduces the risk of: Alzheimer's disease and Dementia, of gallstone disease, of Parkinson's disease.

Of course, coffee must be drunk in moderation as the excess consumption also holds some risks. As for me, I only drink one cup of organic coffee in the morning.
In addition to eating & drinking I've restarted attending the best fitness & spa centre in town. I bought a 6-month card with access to fitness, spa (sauna & steam bath), swimming pool & jacuzzi, hydro massages, and sports (from which I chose yoga & aqua-aerobics).
I also try to walk each day as long as possible. The surrounding area is not good for running, so I do it in the gym.
Discovered that pectin doesn't taste great, and at the same time I terribly miss eating sweet. That's how I came up with the following recipe:
20-30 grams walnuts, smashed
3 tea spoons pectin
1 tea spoon cinamon (could be less or not present, depending on the taste)
3 tea spoons honey
all is mixed together and is sooo yummy and healthy!

On Sunday I prepared baked potatoes with olive oil, lots of garlic & onion. Should had put more garlic & onion, the mixture was delicious:
organic potatoes from Solidarno

organic garlic, which is much smaller, but way tastier than the usual one.

organic red onion

As I don't eat meat in general and in the last few months it was too hot to cook, I could honestly confess that I've lived for 4 months mainly on salads. As a result I've developed a few recipes, which are just gorgeous. Here is one of them:
rocket salad;
one big pink tomato;
1/4 avocado;
3-4 cloves of garlic;
3-4 cm horse radish, grated;
1/2 onion;
olive oil;
mix and enjoy :)
