Week 2 of 4 of Full Detox Programme

Lymphatic system (and Cellulite) cleansing: Week Two of Four 
The lymph system is a complex network of fluid-filled nodes, glands, and tubes that bathe our cells and carry the body’s “sewage” away from the tissues and neutralize it. Lymph fluid relies on breathing, movement, and massage to flow effectively, is said in the book.
Here is what is on my daily list for Week Two:
Lots of raw fruit eaten on an empty stomach;
2-3 l spring water;
Nova Detox Cleansing Foot Patches;
2 raw green salads;
Cranberries juice;
Olive oil;
Sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds;
Echinacea: pills;
Herbal teas: Cleavers;
Organic eggs;
Garlic, onion & Horse Radish;
Rice, beans, potatoes;
Raw walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, macadamias, Brazil nuts, and other types of nuts;
Dry skin brushing;
Alternating hot and cold showers;
Deep breathing techniques;
Walking, Running, Yoga, Aqua-aerobics;
Aromatherapy through essential oils: Juniper, Mint, Incense
