Week 4 of 4 of Full Detox Programme

Blood, Lungs & Skin cleansing: Week Four of Four 
Our blood bathes the cells of our bodies and provides them oxygen. Our lungs and respiratory system ensure that blood has this oxygen available. Our skin plays an integral protective and cleansing role for our bodies. What the other detox systems cannot handle, the skin tries to eliminate.
Our circulatory system is often loaded with plaque and cholesterol buildup. The lungs have the greatest exposure of all the internal organs to the outside world. During the detox we should avoid all forms of cigarette smoke, including second-hand smoke, which could be even more harmful than smoking.
The skin is the largest organ in our bodies. It provides barrier between our bodies and the external environment, and it also helps the other detoxification systems cleanse our bodies of internal toxins. One of the reasons why it is imperative that we refrain from using soaps, creams, and other hygiene or beauty products that contain synthetic ingredients, is said in the book.
Here is what is on my daily list for Week Four:
Avoidance of all dairy products;
Wholesome foods, primarily or exclusively vegetarian;
Large amounts of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and legumes;
Apricots, Peaches, Plums
Oats, pectin;
Oranges;
Raw unsalted walnuts, flax seeds, and cold-pressed flax seed oil;
Brown rice;
Leafy greens;
Apples, blueberries, onions;
Green tea;
Aloe Vera;
Herbal Tea: Elecampane, Coltsfoot & Cleavers;
Vitamin E
Vitamin B3, B9
Vitamin A
Omega 3
Eight to twelve glasses of water, unsweetened juice, herb teas, and soup broth per day;
Walking, Running, Yoga, Aqua-aerobics;


Pectin
