Week 1 of 4 of Full Detox Programme

Kidneys and urinary tract & Intestinal tract cleansing: Week One of Four 
In the original Plan the use of different foods, herbs, juices, aromatherapy, exercise, breathing techniques, and other therapies is suggested, in order to achieve better results in the healing process. As some of them are not to be found in Bulgaria and others were not appealing to me, I've changed it. In the following blog entries I'll give a full report on what I've included and what the results are. Most of what I've added is based on my previous experience with detoxification and recommendation from people with a lot of experience in the area.
Here is what is on my daily list:
2-3 l spring water;
Nova Detox Cleansing Foot Patches;
Denoxinal;3 teaspoons pectin;
2 apples;
Other fresh fruit (pears, peaches)
2 green salads;
Vegetables;
Cranberries;
Olive oil;
Flax seeds;
Herbal teas: Dandelium, Bearberry, Juniper, Cleavers;
Aloe Vera;
Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus sporogenes, Lactobacillus salivarius, and Lactobacillus plantarum;
400 milligrams of magnesium;
Organic eggs;
Garlic;
Onion;
Horse Radish;
Dates;
Kale, celery, beets;
Basil, Thyme, Oregano, Ginger;
Rice, beans, potatoes;
Aromatherapy through essential oils: Juniper, Mint, Incense
Aloe Vera Juice
Dandelion


Cleavers

Bearberry

Juniper

Pectin

My addition, based on recommendation: Detox pills

Juniper, Mint & Incense essential oils
All the probiotics



Another addition: detoxification through feet
