Homegrown Herbs

A few years ago I've started growing herbs on my balcony. It was a spontaneous decision and as any of those has brought me lots of pleasant moments!

Until last year I was thinking, that's it - I'm only gonna have fresh herbs during
Summer and partly in Autumn. Then I lived for a year in Greece and found out that most of the herbs I was assuming one-seasoned were actually grown throwout the year due to the warmer climate of our neighbour-country. This gave me the idea to move all herbs inside my apartment during the cold months and this Autumn I did it!
So far I have two kinds of Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Bay-leaf, Savory, Lime-thyme, Rosemary, Valerian, Common balm, two kinds of Spearmint, two kind of Mint,  Gingko biloba, Siberian onion, Celery.
I also need Sage and some other, rare herbs, but it's only a question of time :)
No need to say that all of it is pure organic! And I not only use them for seasoning but also to prepare amazing herbal teas!
