Earthquake & Friendship

We had a strong earthquake here, in Bulgaria, a few days ago. It was like a nightmare: I was woken up by the strong shakes of my bed, it was like vibrating up and down, and the same time moving left and right. Everything in the room was shaking. It continues for a few seconds, stopped for awhile and then again started shaking. I was so shocked. Best Salmon Recipe Ever

As I don't eat any meat, my protein intake is generally low and eating fish helps me finding the balance in the most healthy way. From all the fish, I definitely prefer salmon and have tried it prepared so many different ways that I've lost count. I have also spent years in search of the best, well-balanced recipe for this delicious fish.
They say: 100 grams salmon a day and you put a stop on the visible effects of aging! I can't say if that's true, as I only eat fish 2-3 times a week,

Roasted Cauliflower with Cranberries
