Delicious Green Bean Salad

A few days ago I went to a market, where local organic food producers were selling their produce. Bought zucchini, green beans, cucumbers, and fresh corn. There happened to be a TV crew from a national TV station, and they shoot me while doing the deed :-p
The fresh corn I boiled the same day and ate with pleasure. The cucumbers were also easy to deal with but I had a difficult time deciding what to do with the green beans. Finally I asked for help my dear friends Kalina & Massimo, and here goes what I made from the recipe they were so kind to share with me:

Tomato Salad with Spicy Mousse

During the summer I usually eat raw food, with stress on salads. It's been 32-38 C here during the past month, so I live mainly on melons, watermelons and salads.
Yesterday I was cooking dinner for friends and started preparing a dish, which, during the process and my experiments turned out into something completely new and delicious. That's why I hurry to share the recipe with you, as it is easy to prepare, quick and tasty :)
