Nutrition for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention: Coursera

I've been really busy in the last couple of months, on one hand working on a demanding and time consuming project, and on the other taking online courses at Coursera. But it's definitely paying back. Especially the courses. I don't know if you are aware of the opportunities Coursera gives, but if not, I highly encourage you to at least spend a few minutes reviewing the courses offered there. It's free and the quality is superior, as all courses are offered by some of the most prestigious universities in the world. When I first discovered it, I felt like a child in a candy shop, with all the candies given to me for free. I wanted to enroll in almost all the courses, and I signed up for more than I could manage. Which resulted in un-enrolling from all that didn't meet my expectations or weren't first or second priority.
What I want to talk in more details about is one course, which was a pure joy
