Healthy French Cherry Clafoutis

As my days have been so frantic lately I constantly feel sweet cravings. More to that, I have a friend coming to visit me tomorrow, so this weekend I've decided to try a new recipe. The original recipe I've found in a local newspaper but, of course, I've decided to change a few ingredients in order to make it healthier.
It turned out to be easy and not lastly, very tasty. And I'm hurrying to share it with you as there are not many cherry days left this year! Here is what you need:

Ingredients (1 tart) - all organic:
1. 450 g pitted cherries;
2. 4 eggs (small to medium);
3. 80 g palm sugar;
4. Butter: 2 tablespoons - melted;
5. Vegetable cream: 120 ml;
6. Milk: 120 ml;
7. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla seeds from pod;
8. Wholegrain flour - 120 g;

Step 1: Put the butter to melt at a low temperature;
Step 2: Mix together the eggs and the sugar;

Step 3: Keep mixing, adding the cream, milk and vanilla seeds;

Step 4: Carefully add to the mixture the melted butter;

Step 5: Pouring little by little add the flour;

Step 6: Place the pitted cherries at the bottom of the pan you're going to use (grease the pan walls & bottom and sprinkle with flour beforehand);

Step 7: Pour the mixture over the cherries and put in the oven (170C) for 40 min or until brown;

Step 8: Put in the fridge for at least 30 min before serving;
