Post-Detox Feeding

The most important thing before starting a detox is to fully empty your colon. And you could find online tens of different ways to do it - natural or with medications. I would say - choose whatever works for you, as what matter is that when you start the cleansing process, there is nothing left inside to rot, ferment or otherwise bother you.
No less important is to choose the right feeding after you've finished the detox. You need to understand that you can't start eating everything right after you've been on juicing (or any other kind of diet). You need to gradually add in different foods, so that your body would be able to digest them in the best possible way. I'd advise you on beginning with some raw foods, and after a few days, adding slowly other, more complicated dishes.
I will share now what I ate the first week, after I finished the 5-day juicing detox:

Day 1:
Breakfast: an apple and coffee
Lunch: cleansing salad and an orange
Dinner: cherry tomatoes and avocado salad
Snacks: an orange

Cleansing Salad

Day 2:
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: cream pumpkin soup
Dinner: cream pumpkin soup
Snacks: an orange, an apple, 1 slice wholegrain bread

Day 3:
Breakfast: an apple and coffee
Lunch: baked salmon with 1 slice wholegrain bread (which was a mistake, as immediately I felt ill, with my stomach in pain trying to digest it. That's the reason why I didn't have any dinner - I felt so full, and there was no hunger at all)
Cream Pumkin Soup
Day 4:
Breakfast: coffee with milk
Lunch: spinach, carrot and pears salad
Dinner: banana
Snacks: an orange, dark chocolate

Day 5:
Breakfast: coffee with milk, an orange
Lunch: red lentils cream soup, banana
Dinner: Japanese seaweed and cucumber salad, mussels with nuddles (again - too heavy, but I was out for dinner)
Snacks: an apple, 2 dried plums

Spinach and Cherry Tomatoes Salad

Day 6:
Breakfast: coffee with milk
Lunch: airan, mushroom soup
Dinner: baked salmon, 1 slice wholegrain bread, banana
Snacks: an orange, 2 dried plums
Beet and Cocoa Smoothie

Day 7:
Breakfast: coffee with milk
Lunch: beet and cocoa smoothie
Dinner: cherry tomatoes and avocado salad with a boiled egg
Snacks: an apple, banana

Nutrition Facts

Not the best of all, but still... What I also did was to use an app to track what I ate and what kind of nutrients I got out of my food. I've been using MyFitnessPal since 2012, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to you. Above is some of the insight you can get for free (there's more with the paid version).
